There are a couple of possible reasons as to why you are unable log in anymore. Please try the following:
- If you have a new phone number, please see “I have a new phone number, what to do?”
- If you don't receive the SMS, please wait for a while and try again later.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection. The app always requires internet.
- Close the app completely and open it again.
- Shut down your phone and open the app again.
- If the log in issue persists, submit a request with the topic “Login” and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
