As a parent, you purchase either the Family or Family Plus subscription. These subscriptions provides access to ChatLicense for your child(ren) (to the Game in ChatCity) and other adults (to the Parent Portal).
The adult who has purchased the subscription is the primary subscription holder.
You can connect your child this way:
- Download the ChatLicense app on the child's phone.
- Create a child account.
- Link to the subscription by scanning the QR code (from the phone of the primary subscription holder) or by manually entering the pairing code.
To connect the other adult:
- The other adults downloads the ChatLicense app on their phone.
- Create a parent account.
- Link to the subscription by scanning the QR code (from the phone of the primary subscription holder) or by manually entering the pairing code.
